Training Around the Bay in a Day
Hi, doing lots of “spin classes” and not as much riding as I’d like. Rode 90 km yesterday 15/9. I intend to increase the riding soon and on the W/E do 130 - 140 km’s (weather permitting) from South Geelong to Q’cliff then ferry then back home via Sorrento and Frankston. Hi, Jim Kesselschmidt here. I’ve decided to take on the challenge of riding 220 km on October 6 because I’m determined to make a difference in support of The Smith Family and because I probably haven’t thought this through ?
This will be my fourth or fifth ATB and your donations to the Smith Family are greatly appreciated. I don’t make any money from it whatsoever. I do get a sore backside and get to whine and whinge the next day!
