Brandon's TriHard race for Smith Kids

Help me support Australian children in need.

I’ve decided to take on this challenge because I’m determined to make a difference in support of The Smith Family.

Growing up as an underprivileged kid, I experienced firsthand the impact of poverty on education. The Smith Family stepped in and changed my life. They provided my mum with essential resources like books and school uniforms, which made a world of difference for the education of my sister and myself. Thanks to their support, I became the first and only member of my family to attend and complete university, earning a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Engineering. I am immensely grateful for their unwavering support.

Now, here's where it gets interesting: I've signed up for an Ironman triathlon! Considering I can barely swim 100m in the pool without feeling like a very confused giraffe, this is going to be quite the adventure. But if I can make it through uni, I can certainly give this a go! The race will be on the 5th of May, 2025

In Australia, 1 in 6 children and young people are living in poverty with limited access to the learning essentials they need to succeed at school. I believe that every child deserves a chance so that they can thrive now and into their futures. "Brandon's TriHard Race for Smith Kids" is my way of giving back and helping other kids have the same opportunities that I did.
